The Institute For Tourism Development Research (ITDR) is an affiliate of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Established in 1993, ITDR is functioned to conduct research, and outline strategies, planning, mechanisms, and policies relating to the management and development of tourism to help the State in its management over the tourism industry.
